Answer

If You have have a primary medical qualification in an EU state, You can be licenced to practise medicine in Finland. You have to send an applications to Valvira, which is the The National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health in Finland. The application costs 400 €. After that You can apply for a job as a doctor. All doctors working in Finland must be able to speak either Finnish or Swedish. Citizens of EU/EEA member states are not required to provide official proof of language skills.  However employers have a legal duty to ensure that all healthcare professionals have good enough language skills to perform their professional duties.

You will find a list of open vacancies for example at Ministy of labour's website. Starting salary for a doctor is about 5500 € (For a person who earns about 5500 € in a month, the tax rate is about 38 %). Specialists and more experienced doctors are much better paid. It usyally takes about six years to become a specialist. First You have to get a job as a training doctor. After that You can apply to a specialist training program.
