Hi,

I own a Coffeehouse/Gas Station and was wondering if you could help me with a legal question. My employee was supposed to change the premium gas price to $2.29 but instead he changed it to .22 cents. He also neglected to pay attention to the crowd that gathered and the people that were coming in and "filling up" for $2.00. for over an hour. I personally trained him and I have documents proving that he has changed the gas properly in the past. Can I legally make him pay for the loss of money? Any help or information would be appreciated. Thank you.

Answer

Thank you for your question. The iGS or information Gas Station is the Helsinki City Library's reference service in Finland. We use the expression ’gas station’ metaforically, you cannot tank gas at our station, only information. Unfortunately we do not have the kind of specialized information you are looking for. Legal question pertaining to either domestic or international law ought to be directed to law professionals.

With best regards,
