The most Finnish flea markets these days – and especially in this time of year - are permanent, indoor type (with stalls and no sellers present): however, there are two flea markets in that weekend in Helsinki, and your best bet would be the weekly market called "Valtteri" in the downtown area (Aleksis Kiven katu 17). Please, note that it’s very popular, so be sure to show up early (before 9 a.m., that is...):

The other event in Helsinki will be held outside the city area both on Sunday & Monday 8 - 9.4., in the parking lot underneath the Malmi shopping centre (Malmin kauppatie 18):
