Where to donate culinary magazines in English?
It might be best to bring your magazines to a book exchange shelf in a library. You can leave your own used books and magazines there. You can also take any interesting book you find. There is a book exchange shelf in at least 42 libraries. You can find a list of those libraries here: http://www.helmet.fi/en-US/Libraries_and_services Open the "Show libraries that have" -menu and click on "Book Exchange". 15.7.2017 10:36Helsingin kaupunginkirjasto

National and international organizations like Fida, UFF, Salvation Army etc collect donations and use the procedes to fund different types of beneficial projects. Local libraries occasionally accept donations as well, or then they may have a place dedicated for customer to 'give & take'. 19.6.2014 15:35Helsingin kaupunginkirjasto

I cannot find any reason why you should not have been able to renew your loan. (Possible reasons would be e.g. too many renewals, too much unpaid fees, loss of the right to borrow, etc. but none of these apply to you.) Anyway, I now renewed your loan. The new due date is 10.3.2017. If you still have problems in renewing your loans, please contact any Helmet library. 10.2.2017 13:32Helsingin kaupunginkirjasto

There is a piano and a practiceroom in Library 10 at Postitalo. The address is Elielinaukio 2 G, it's the big yellow building right between the railway station and the museum of modern art Kiasma. When you take the entrance from Elielinaukio the library is on the 2nd floor, right above the post office, take the escalators up. The best way to book the practiceroom is visiting Library 10 personally and check the times that work the best for you. As Library 10 is a music library, there is also an...26.7.2012 17:21
