Helsingfors centraltryckeri och bokbinderi Ab (in Swedish), or Helsingin Keskuskirjapaino ja kirjansitomo Oy (in Finnish), was founded in 1889. In English the name translates roughly as the Helsinki Central Printing House and Bookbinder. In the beginning it also went by the finnish name Helsingin sentraalikirjapaino ja kirjansitomo osakeyhtiö. The printing house was responsible for printing, among other things, parliamentary documents as well as the literary works and scientific books of...1.1.2018 15:49Helsingin kaupunginkirjasto

Lpg cylinders with their valves still intact are categorized as hazardous waste and should be disposed in a waste collection center such as the HSL Sortti-stations. Since the Lpg-canister in question is considered as household waste, a store selling them isn't required to collect or dispose the canisters.
For a household with no car, you can use public transports. The two Sortti-stations in Helsinki are in Kivikonlaita 5, 00940 HELSINKI and Betonitie 3, 00390 HELSINKI. The appropriate buses...6.8.2011 22:32

I’m afraid it is not possible to give an exact answer to this question. There are some printed sources like publication Sculptures and monuments in Helsinki,1982, published by the Helsinki City Tourist Office. That one is of course old and unfortunately they don’t publish it any more so there are not any newer versions.
Then there are some books in Finnish, like Löytöretki muistomerkeille, pääkaupunkiseudun julkiset teokset, 2006, and Pää...12.7.2016 14:01Helsingin kaupunginkirjasto

Since you didn't give very detailed information about the class, please see the link below (sources) for a PDF-file for guidelines for event organisers from the Event Office of City of Helsinki's Economic and Planning Centre. But basically, if the event is small scale (i.e. few people) and doesn't disturb the surroundings with noise or anything, you can freely use a city park for your class.

Hello, Miwa Miyawaki!
The most Finnish flea markets these days – and especially in this time of year - are permanent, indoor type (with stalls and no sellers present): however, there are two flea markets in that weekend in Helsinki, and your best bet would be the weekly market called "Valtteri" in the downtown area (Aleksis Kiven katu 17). Please, note that it’s very popular, so be sure to show up early (before 9 a.m., that is...):

You can find the details concerning the plans of the Hakasalmi huvila garden from Public Works Department (Helsingin kaupungin rakennusvirasto). You can also go there in person and ask to see the plans or ask them to send the plans to your e-mail. The plans are public documents and anybody can ask to see them.
Here is a link to contact the customer service of The Public Works Department:

It really sounds a lot. And it also looks like a little bit of exaggeration.
According to a book of statistics by City of Helsinki Urban Facts in the year 1870 15 % of the Helsinki residents were born abroad. This persentage diminished towards the turn of the century: the amount of the immigrants remained about the same, while the population of Helsinki increased.
We called to the library of City of Helsinki Urban Facts and they confirmed the fact that in the year 1890 the amount of...1.11.2009 22:55

By the time when Helsinki was founded, the area was inhabited by Swedish speaking peasants. Helsinki, or Helsingfors as the name is in Swedish, was founded at the location of a hamlet called Forsby (Swedish name), nowadays known also by its Finnish name Koskela as a neighbourhood of the town.
