There are indeed a few references that García Lorca (1898-1936) had made paintings. However, the Grove Art Online -database only mentions him being a draughtsman besides a writer. According to Grove Art the drawings are "executed in pen and ink or coloured pencil". The outcome of our search was similar: There seems to be no paintings.
There are at least two books that deal with García Lorcas drawings:
